With the fifth pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected linebacker Devin White to become the leader of their defense and provide a spark for years to come. Ever since making his way into Tampa Bay, White has been a day-one starter and has been working next to Lavonte David in Todd Bowles’ 3-4 defensive scheme.
He will see the field from week-one until week 17 if he stays healthy, and will have a fantastic shot at winning Defensive Rookie of the year if he plays a full 16-game season in 2019.
