His numbers were a bit down during his time with the Cardinals, but both seasons saw him miss time with an injury or struggle to play through one. 2020 would be the leftfielder’s age 29 season and a year he seems poised to elevate his play. Perhaps the price will be too steep, but there is only one way to find out: talk to the man. Not discussing a return at all would be a huge mistake by the Cardinals, especially since Ozuna seems willing to stay, per Adam Berry of MLB.
