LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. • Once a player to be named later, Luke Gregerson is returning to the Cardinals as the first of the new relievers acquired.
Gregerson and the Cardinals have agreed to a two-year, $11-million deal that has a $6 million option for a third year. He can vest the option if he reaches specific incentives. The deal is pending a physical that he will take Tuesday.
