Bullock Sets Single-Season Rushing Record, Jags Close Season with Loss to Bobcats

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Running back Kentrel Bullock set the new single-season rushing yards record for South Alabama Football as the Jaguars fell to Texas State, 49-26, in the season finale Saturday at UFCU Stadium.

The Jaguars finished the 2025 season with an overall record of 4-8, including a 3-5 mark in Sun Belt Conference play.

  • After Texas State jumped out to a 10-0 lead, the Jaguars responded with an eight-play, 75-yard touchdown drive. Kentrel Bullock capped the drive with a one-yard rushing touchdown.
