Barcelona are going to have to cope without Frenkie de Jong for a little while after announcing he is out with a leg injury.
The Dutchman asked to be substituted in the 4-0 win over Real Mallorca and has not featured for Quique Setien’s side since.
He was ruled out of the trip to Sevilla with the injury and Barca have now offered an update on his condition.
“The clinical follow-up on Frenkie De Jong has uncovered an injury in the soleus of his right leg. The evolution of the injury will condition the player’s availability.
