Seahawks grind out 23-17 win over Eagles to stay in first place in NFC West

Another year, another win for the Seahawks over the Eagles.

Russell Wilson threw for a touchdown, Chris Carson ran for another, and the Seattle Seahawks (8-3) shut down a horrid looking Philadelphia Eagles (3-7-1) offense in a 23-17 win. Seattle will end November atop the NFC West and in control of their fate as far as whether or not they get their first division title since 2016.

Carson Wentz was sacked six times and the Eagles offense didn’t even pick up a first down until the sixth possession of the game.

1st Half

The Eagles got the ball first and after a Jarran Reed offsides penalty, Carson Wentz threw three straight incomplete passes.
