Russell Wilson, Seahawks receivers will once again be facing a banged up secondary

It appears the San Francisco 49ers aren’t the only ones working some scheduling magic early on.

For a second consecutive week, a team appears barely able to field a full secondary against Russell Wilson and Co.

Star cornerback Byron Jones, who incidentally departed last week’s opponent in the Dallas Cowboys in free agency, is not practicing with multiple injuries—unless for some reason his Achilles is actually in his groin.

Furthermore, um, is anybody in the secondary healthy? Three safeties and the team’s other starting corner, Xavien Howard, are listed on the injury report, with only safety Brandon Jones practicing in full.
