For a third consecutive day on Friday, the Seahawks were on the field practicing after an extended lead up to on-field work. Friday marked the first day the offense and defense could go up against one another and the second-to-last day of helmets and shells. Saturday is a day off for Seattle, before the final day of light on-field work on Sunday. Come Monday, padded practices can begin.
