A tip of the cap to Seattle Mariners corporate partner Heritage Distilling Company on a new venture with the Chehalis Tribe. After years of planning, Heritage has opened the first legal alcohol distillery on tribal land. It’s part of a new development located neat the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound just off I-5 in Thurston County.

The Talking Cedar development, covering some 35,000 square feet, also includes a brewery, family-friend restaurant, and classrooms for continuing education courses on craft brewing and spirits distilling.

Heritage is taking advantage of the new space to produce up to 600,000 gallons of HDC Hand Sanitizer each month.
