Whether something has been done with the baseballs or not, it’s obvious there is a power surge in baseball. And the San Francisco Giants are well behind the curve.
When it comes down to it, I still think the key to winning a championship is pitching and defense. But it’s nice if you have a couple of guys in your lineup that can hit 30-plus home runs a year.
Right now the San Francisco Giants don’t have one guy in their lineup capable of doing that.
The Giants finished dead last in baseball this year with just 128 home runs.
