Giants chase Kershaw early, hang on and win, 5-4

This was arguably the worst Clayton Kershaw has pitched against the Giants. This was his 47^th career start against the Giants, and this was the first time he failed to finish the fifth inning. That’s nearly two seasons of starts and not once did one of his outings end early, even from things that were outside of his control. I don’t wish harm on anyone, but you’d think he’d have to come out with a pulled muscle or something at least once in 10 years. Heck, he never even had a start cut short by rain.
