Niner Noise breaks down our latest seven-round SF 49ers mock NFL Draft halfway through the 2021 NFL Draft, including a big-time move early.

The SF 49ers find themselves at 4-5 just beyond the halfway point of their 2020 campaign, and it’s looking increasingly clear head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch are going to see their team miss out on the playoffs after making the Super Bowl last season.

There are plenty of reasons why.

Injuries, of course, have proven to be disastrous for the Niners, highlighted by the team losing EDGE Nick Bosa and defensive end Solomon Thomas to season-ending injuries, EDGE Dee Ford being out indefinitely with a back injury, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo going down with another high-ankle sprain and tight end George Kittle likely missing the rest of the year with a broken foot.
