The San Francisco 49ers‘ 2018 campaign was all but awash once quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered his season-ending ACL tear against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3.
Despite the fact Garoppolo, 27 years old, has still only started 10 NFL games during his career, the folks over at DraftKings Sportsbook think he’s going to bounce back nicely after his devastating injury.
In fact, DraftKings listed Garoppolo as the favorite to secure the league’s Comeback Player of the Year award for 2019:
