49ers: Kenyan Drake would be the perfect free agent splash

Now that the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl run has officially ended, general manager John Lynch and company can turn their full attention to the 2020 NFL season.

The Needs

The 49ers boast one of the best overall rosters and coaching staffs in the league. However, there are a few noteworthy weaknesses that the team would be wise to address this offseason.

San Francisco’s hopes of capturing an elusive sixth championship would improve drastically if the team could acquire help at defensive back, running back, and receiver.

While the need for a corner to play opposite of All-Pro Richard Sherman is pressing, I believe the 49ers would be wise to make adding an elite running back their top priority.
