On June 19th the Padres took on the Milwaukee Brewers in the final game of the series. Playing for the sweep against the number one team in the national league central. After two stellar pitching performances to open the series, the Padres looked to ride that momentum into today’s game. Andy Green gave the ball to Matt Strahm for the start, and things looked shaky after giving up a two-out homer in the top of the 1st inning. That did not seem to faze the Padres, as they answered back with two runs of their own in the bottom of the same inning.
