Curtis Samuel Signs with Washington

According to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport, former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel has reportedly signed a three-year $34.5 million deal with the Washington Football Team.

Samuel will reunite with his former head coach, Ron Rivera, in Washington. The four-year wideout has played his entire career with the Panthers, appearing in 53 games, catching 185 passes for 2,087 yards and 14 touchdowns. During the 2020 season, Samuel saw his production decrease, primarily due to Robby Anderson’s arrival. In 15 games, he caught 77 passes for 851 yards and three touchdowns.
