Liverpool: Cody Gakpo trains with team-mates for first time with forward set for debut

Cody Gakpo has been snapped participating in Liverpool training for the first time since his £44million move to Anfield.

The Reds announced the arrival of the PSV forward in late December, but his transfer was not officially ratified until Tuesday.

With everything now sorted out, Gakpo was pictured in his first training session with team-mates on Thursday ahead of his potential debut on Saturday.

After being stunned by Brentford in a 3-1 loss on Monday which left them sixth in the Premier League table, Jurgen Klopp's side host Wolves this weekend in the FA Cup third round as they look to bounce back.
