Former Kentucky guard Isaiah Briscoe, who comes to the Blazers on a training camp deal, will wear No. 9 during camp, per the release from the team.
The guard wore No. 13 while in Lexington, which isn’t taken by any current Blazer. But, it is taken by former Blazer Dave Twardzik, as it’s one of Portland’s retired numbers.
