Because of the crapitude of the AFC North this year, whoever wins today’s game between the Steelers and Ravens likely wins the division. In terms of probability, this game is the biggest swing in the NFL. If the Steelers win, they have about a two-thirds chance of winning the AFC North. If they fail, it falls below one-fourth. The Ravens have a similar story based on a win or loss, only slightly less bad.
That’s at least somewhat interesting, even though Baltimore has the easier schedule.
