As the Pittsburgh Steelers stockpiled picks for the 2026 NFL Draft, which will be held in Pittsburgh, it seemed obvious to many that they’d target a quarterback in the first round. That’s been a popular opinion for the Steelers in recent mock drafts. However, CBS Sports’ Ryan Wilson thinks they’ll go in a different direction.
In his latest mock draft, posted Monday, Wilson has the Steelers selecting Alabama offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor.
“Proctor is a massive, athletic LT with impressive balance and the ability to move effectively in space, making him a first-round talent in both pass protection and perimeter run schemes,” Wilson wrote.
