The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense has been problematic for years. It’s routinely been among the NFL’s worst units. One of the biggest reasons for that was offensive coordinator Matt Canada. He held that position with the Steelers from 2021-2023 before getting fired in the middle of his final season. The Steelers’ offense was abysmal under him. Although things have been slightly better with Arthur Smith as the offensive coordinator, Nate Tice saw some serious regression from the Steelers in Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills.
“I think it’s even more disappointing because I’ve seen better from their offense,” Tice said recently on the Football 301 podcast.
