The Pittsburgh Steelers have built a passing game that can at least function with Aaron Rodgers at the sticks, but they haven't been able to prove they can be a legitimate contender for a championship due to how lacking in creativity and nuance this passing game is.
Rodgers is currently last in the league in both time to throw and average depth of target. Unless DK Metcalf breaks off deep down the field, this team has no verticality in addition to being a generally disappointing wide receiver room outside of their new addition from Seattle.
