SCB Steelers Quick Hitters: The “Donte’s Inferno” Edition

Good Thursday to You Steelers’ Fans.

The Steelers agreed to terms last night with former Colts’ and Jaguars’ wide receiver Donte Moncrief on a two-year deal. In his five year career, Moncrief has 21 career touchdowns and last year caught 48 balls for 668 yards. He appeared in 16 games last season in Jacksonville after playing in just 21 over the previous two seasons combined. In Moncrief’s defense, the quarterback play he was subjected to last season was about as poor as it gets so one would think that playing with Ben Roethlisberger would quickly make him more productive.
