Game 1 of the Penguins' second-round Stanley Cup playoff series against Washington will be Thursday at 7 p.m., the NHL announced Tuesday.
The game will be broadcast nationally and locally on NBC Sports Network.
Dates, times and broadcast information for the remaining games in the series — which will start in Washington for Games 1 and 2 before returning to Pittsburgh for Games 3 and 4 — are still to be announced.
This year marks the third consecutive season the Penguins and Capitals have met in the second round of the playoffs, with the Penguins advancing each of the last two seasons.
