The Phoenix Suns are set to tip off against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday, Nov. 21, in a West Group A Emirates NBA Cup matchup.
The Suns (9-6) are coming off a comfortable 127-110 road win against the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday.
The Timberwolves (10-5) are coming off back-to-back wins over the lowly Dallas Mavericks and Washington Wizards.
For Minnesota, Jaden McDaniels (wrist) was out for the Timberwolves’ previous game against Washington. He’s listed as a game-time decision to play Friday. Terrance Shannon Jr., a 2024 first-round pick, is out nursing a foot injury.
For Phoenix, Jalen Green remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
