The Phoenix Suns have the following injury updates as the team prepares to open preseason play this coming week.
Aron Baynes (nasal fracture) was injured in Thursday’s practice and underwent a corrective procedure yesterday in Phoenix. He will be re-evaluated on Sunday.
Mikal Bridges (right patella bone bruise) is currently undergoing rehabilitation for right knee discomfort. There is no timetable set for his return and he will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days. An update will be provided at that time.
Kelly Oubre Jr. (right wrist tendinitis) and Jalen Lecque (left ankle sprain) are currently sidelined and undergoing daily treatment.
