Phoenix Suns wrap up homestand by handling Charlotte Hornets

Kelly Oubre Jr. scored 25 points and Deandre Ayton added 18 points and nine rebounds in leading the Phoenix Suns to a 100-92 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday before 14,751 fans at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

The Suns (16-23) concluded their five-game homestand 3-2, with consecutive wins over Orlando on Friday and Charlotte (15-27) Sunday.

Devin Booker added 12 points on just 3-of-12 shooting, but scored 10 in the fourth quarter. The Suns scored 64 points in the paint as they closed out the game on an 11-5 run.
