Comeback falls short as Devin Booker, Suns fall to Spurs

Devin Booker missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer as Phoenix fell to San Antonio, 120-118, after coming back from a 20-point, second-half deficit Monday night at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Derrick White and Bryn Forbes combined for 49 points, hitting 12 total 3s as the Spurs (19-23) beat the Suns (18-25) by two points for the second time in as many games.

White scored a team-high 25 while Forbes went for 24, hitting eight 3s with seven coming in the first half.

Booker finished with a game-high 37 points, scoring 28 in the second half. Deandre Ayton posted a double-double with 25 points and 12 rebounds.
