Last month, Tyrell Terry confirmed he'd talked with Phoenix heading into the Nov. 18 NBA draft.
"The Suns have reached out to me," said Terry during Zoom media interviews. "I've done an interview with them. I thought that interview went really well.”
The conversation must have went really, really well.
HoopsHype reported in its latest mock draft, which has Phoenix drafting Terry with the 10th overall pick, that the Stanford point guard has interviewed with the Suns twice. Bryan Kalbrosky envisions Terry and Suns All-Star Devin Booker becoming what two-time league MVP Stephen Curry and All-Star Klay Thompson are for the three-time NBA champion Golden State Warriors.
