Richard Panik was arrested for trespassing according to a report by ABC15. According to the report Scottsdale police arrested Panik after he “reportedly refused to leave the entrance of Bevvy” a gastropub in Old Town Scottsdale on April 8 at 8:50 p.m. The report also noted that according to police Panik appeared to be intoxicated during their interaction.
The Arizona Coyotes were quoted in the report with the following statement: “We are aware of the incident and are still gathering information as it pertains to the situation. We will have no further comment at the present time.
