The new ice and logo are down inside Gila River Arena as of Wednesday, and soon the Arizona Coyotes will be skating on the ice as they prepare for the upcoming season.
The Coyotes installed and painted the ice on Wednesday, and also announced their September camps schedule for players.
The first group to convene next month will be young players at the team's development camp from Sept. 9 to 13. It's regarded as an orientation for those players.
Then comes the arrival of more players for rookie camp from Sept. 15-20, which includes the Rookie Faceoff tournament hosted by the Coyotes at Gila River Arena and the Ice Den Scottsdale.
