The five major professional sports franchises in Arizona shared a message on their social media accounts on Tuesday promoting hope in the state.
The Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes, Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Mercury and Phoenix Suns each released the same video on Twitter.
The video was captioned “All of us. All together.”
It thanked people for their work to keep Arizona going amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“Today, the roar of the crowd is a memory," the video said. "We’ve pressed pause on the shared connection we all feel for sports. It wasn’t a choice. But maybe it can teach us a little about our community.
