Williams, who is the organization's No. 5 prospect according to MLBPipeline.com, joined the Phillies on June 30, when the Phillies placed Howie Kendrick on the 10-day disabled list. Williams played well in his first weekend in the big leagues, giving him a longer look.
After hitting .250 (7-for-28) in his first nine appearances in the Majors, Williams has now homered twice in his last four games.
