BSH Radio reacts following a 2-1 victory over Columbus

A sloppy second period combined with a sharp Sergei Bobrovsky looked to be combining for “one of those games” on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center, until a goal by captain Claude Giroux and a standout netminding performance by Petr Mrazek (19 saves on 20 shots) willed the Flyers to a come-from-behind victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Giroux scored the game-tying goal 2:34 into the third period and picked up an assist on Nolan Patrick’s game-winner to move his point total up to 72 on the season, good enough for second overall in the NHL.
