The Eagles have had success in the past despite a litany of injuries, and it looks like they’re headed toward the same kind of up-hill battle again in 2019.
In addition to the three players who were ruled questionable to return after injuries in the first and second quarters on Sunday — Jason Peters, Andre Dillard and Derek Barnett — cornerback Ronald Darby suffered a hamstring injury in the third quarter and will not return against the Lions.
Darby had 6 total tackles on the day, adding to the 8 total tackles he made in Weeks 1 and 2 combined.
