Years pass and things change all of the time, especially in the NFL. Every year, there’s a rule change. The Philadelphia Eagles always have some sort of roster turnover, but there are also things that we can depend on and rely on.
Some of those certainties are great, like the NFL regular season. Some of those things bother some of you, like knowing Birds fans no longer are allowed to attend training camp practices as they once were able to.
