We’re officially halfway through the preseason as the Philadelphia Eagles wrapped up the second of four games on Thursday night. This week, the Eagles traveled to not-so-sunny Jacksonville, Florida for a matchup with a familiar face in former Eagles backup QB, Nick Foles.
Hours before the game, the Philly media rushed to TIAA Bank Field to get a first live look at the former Eagles quarterback in his Jaguars gear. Soon enough, he would be met by many of his former coaches and teammates, including Eagles current quarterback, Carson Wentz.
While many anticipated a Wentz versus Foles bowl back when the schedules came out, they wouldn’t get what they want.
