Coming off their bye week, the Eagles remained the across-the-board top-ranked team in the NFL, according to power rankings from national outlets. But the Cowboys, who had reached as high as No. 4 in NFL power rankings just last week, have seen their outlook plummet ahead of Sunday night’s big matchup against the Birds at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.
