Boise State linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, whose name sounds like the combination of three Flyers goalies, is one of the 30 prospects from the 2018 NFL Draft who will be hosted by the Eagles for a visit in Philadelphia. NJ.com reports LVE’s visit actually took place already.
Earlier this offseason, Tony Pauline of DraftAnalyst.com said the Eagles “would love to add Vander Esch with the last pick of the first round.” He also said they don’t believe LVE will be available at No. 32 overall.
But just in case he does fall, the Eagles are doing their homework on him.
