The Philadelphia Eagles have had a busy offseason, despite the Super Bowl celebrations. One thing the Eagles front office and coaching staff made known this offseason was that they didn’t want to be a one-and-done team. Eagles head coach Doug Pederson made it clear to his veterans that playing deep into the postseason could and should be the new norm in Philadelphia.
To ensure that they are putting together a dynasty, the Eagles are working on making their team better in every aspect. That means they will be signing players based off of need in Free Agency and will be drafting players with the best value at each specific pick to develop them, rather than reaching for players based off of need.
