Week 1 couldn’t have gotten off to a much better start for Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles. It also couldn’t have ended any worse. Everything was clicking on both offense and defense. You all know how it ended. The offensive line’s effort and the play-calling by Doug Pederson were huge concerns after Sunday’s loss.
Let’s address the elephant in the room though. Carson Wentz’s performance down the stretch was the big story of the day.
