The Philadelphia 76ers currently hold a 3-1 series lead over the Miami Heat. They’re the only team in the East that isn’t locked into a 2-2 tie right now, which could be important when you factor rest into the equation.
Heading back to South Philly for Game 5, the Sixers should finish off Miami on Tuesday night. If that doesn’t happen, they’re still heavy favorites given their undeniable talent advantage and Brett Brown’s high-level coaching.
Assuming the Sixers close things out in round one, they’ll face either the Boston Celtics or the Milwaukee Bucks in round two.
