In a survey of 39 NBA rookies conducted by NBA.com, only 17.1 percent chose Fultz to win the upcoming Rookie of the Year award. Ahead of Philadelphia's combo guard: Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball (20 percent) and the favorite, Dallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr.
