9. Jaguars WR Allen Hurns: Hurns is on this list for the same reasons as Kearse: Jacksonville has to throw to someone, and unlike Kearse, Hurns has been a fantasy commodity before. He's sturdier than Marqise Lee, who attracted five more targets than Hurns in the first game without Allen Robinson, but failed to find the end zone, like Hurns did in garbage time.
