10. Evan Weaver Sr. LB Cal - Weaver does everything for the Bears defense and will be their solid senior leader in 2019. He can top 150 tackles, make plays in the backfield and pick off passes. The Pac-12’s best linebacker.
9. Jermar Jefferson So. RB Oregon State - Burst onto the scene as a true freshman rushing for more than 1,000 yards behind a suspect offensive line. He should only increase his production as Jonathan Smith gets another year to develop his offensive system and talent.
