The weather has changed in Florida.

Not only has the weather changed so has fan expectations in Central Florida for a franchise looking to improve on a surprising season last year.

The Orlando Magic secured the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs last year and faced the eventual NBA Champion Toronto Raptors in the first round.

Although the Magic were bounced out in the first round, they accomplished something that many pundits and commentators did not predict before the season, a playoff berth.

That berth, combined with the addition of Markelle Fultz and a healthy Mohamed Bamba has led to some lofty expectations for this young Magic squad as they enter Steve Clifford’s second year as head coach in Orlando.
