5 Most Interesting D.J. Augustin Stats Last Season

Stephen Curry was the only regular starting point guard in 2018-19 who logged a better 3-point percentage than D.J. Augustin, who shot 42.1 percent from beyond the arc. Also impressive, the 6-foot, 183-pound Magic guard shot 38.9 percent on pull-up threes, the fifth best mark among all players who attempted at least 100 of them.

Among all regular starting point guards, Augustin had the fourth best assist to turnover ratio, behind Darren Collison (now retired), Tomas Satoransky and Mike Conley. Orlando’s floor general amassed 426 assists while committing just 128 turnovers.

Speaking of turnovers, Derrick White was the only regular starting point who averaged fewer of them than Augustin, who coughed it up just 1.
