Miami Dolphins Minicamp Practice Observations (Day 1)

Emmanuel Ogbah shows up for the Miami Dolphins’ mandatory minicamp, participating in the team’s offseason program for the first time all offseason.

The defensive end is pursuing a new deal coming off his nine sack season, where he served as the defensive line’s top performer.

None of his $7.5 million salary for this season is guaranteed, and Ogbah and his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, have had ongoing talk with the Dolphins, but no deal has been agreed to.

Cornerback Xavien Howard was the only player who didn’t attend Tuesday’s mandatory practice session, which makes him subject to a $93,000 fine.
