It has reached that point in the season where wins will be critical for a chance to play in the NCAA Tournament. The Oregon Ducks, unfortunately, are not where they need to be. Oregon saw two quality starts by Pitchers against Oregon State with Matt Mercer and Kenyon Yovan throwing winnable games on Thursday and Friday, but the Oregon Offense was not able to come through.
The Saturday Series finale saw Oregon State jump out to a 9-0 led in the first three innings. Oregon never really found their groove at the plate losing 12-5 in the end.
