A win’s a win. This one may have put you to sleep at times (guilty) and there weren’t too many Leap Out of Your Recliner moments, but the Ducks grinded out a win over a non-horrendous opponent and were without the services of their best player and starting center, Bol Bol. VJ was excellent in 22 minutes off the bench for Dana Altman. His performances are often inconsistent, but, when he has a good one, it goes a long way in aiding Oregon to a win. Saturday night, he contributed 13 points (which were at a premium in Matt Knight) on 4-6 shooting and collected 3 rebounds.
